Great app to keep you active

Great app to interrupt your day and wake you up and keep you active. Enjoy a different workout each time but staying basic or adding weights if I want to advance it more. Sometimes the visual does not match the instructions but it gives you a good idea

More of what I need

I tried 5 minute Abs first and liked it so I got this one too and enjoy it as well. Would give 5 stars except the music no longer plays during the exercises since the upgrade to iOS 6.

False advertising

The workouts are actually 6 minutes and 17 seconds. I checked two and a half times.

Great

I started five days ago and I see my thighs getting stronger and harder. Its a very great app and I would rate it a five if there would be a real person instead of an animation but other than that its very great!!!
