this app makes my knees shake but I do feel the burn and after one session, my muscles feel the ache of working out
Loving this app so far and its only been a week. The simplest exercise really works those bad areas!! And its free!!!
I like these apps because they are concise, effective & fast for people with limited time
This is a pretty good app for ur butt n legs!! I like it n its easy to follow the directions.
So far its getting the job done will update review when I start see results.....
Only have done round one but it seems simple to use. The images are helpful.

Some bad moments

I use it for when I just have a couple of minutes to spare and it is great
Great app to interrupt your day and wake you up and keep you active. Enjoy a different workout each time but staying basic or adding weights if I want to advance it more. Sometimes the visual does not match the instructions but it gives you a good idea
I tried 5 minute Abs first and liked it so I got this one too and enjoy it as well. Would give 5 stars except the music no longer plays during the exercises since the upgrade to iOS 6.
The workouts are actually 6 minutes and 17 seconds. I checked two and a half times.
I started five days ago and I see my thighs getting stronger and harder. Its a very great app and I would rate it a five if there would be a real person instead of an animation but other than that its very great!!!
